FREE Intro Class Every Saturday at 9am!
We cover the basics of CrossFit, tour the facility, answer any and all questions, and put you through an introductory workout. We keep it pretty basic and use our Saturday Intro Class as an assessment to see how you're moving. Once you have completed this session, we are able to help guide your next steps in joining. There is no need to sign up, just come on by! We believe that athletic development and movement quality is the heart and soul of our gym. Our fundamentals program offers the very best instruction and we take a great deal of pride in our attention to detail. If you are getting started on your CrossFit journey, or simply need to spend time mastering the basics, our Meat and Potato class is for you. We structure this class similar to our regular CrossFit classes, however we move at a slower pace and keep the focus slightly more remedial. We typically recommend 10-12 sessions of Meat and Potatoes prior to joining regular class. We have an open door policy and allow drop ins for M&P. No need to sign up, simply come to the gym ready to workout. Please allow a few minutes for us to obtain necessary information from you. Also, your first class is always free!
