Weekend Schedule:

Saturday- 8am Open Gym, 9am Free Intro Class, 10am Team WOD, 7pm Gym outing at Iron Horse Ale House

Sunday- 9-12pm Kids Boxing, 12-2pm Open Gym



10 minute EMOM:

Even: ~5 strict pull-ups (choose a rep range thats managable for the majority of your sets)

Odd: Medium grip RDL x 8 reps (choose a weight that feels challenging but form stays perfect)



In teams of 3:

15 minute AMRAP:

Buy in: 75 pull-ups

10 wall ball

8 speed burpees (normal standards but AFAP)

*one partner works through entire round, one rests, one must be holding a plank (front, side, reverse etc- you can change it up! One partner must be planking through pull-up buy in as well.
