Our sincere thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Commander Paul Bauer who was shot and killed yesterday. With a community of first responders this news hits close to home for many. We pray Commander's family, friends and colleagues find the strength needed to get through this very difficult time.

The 2018 CrossFit Open is coming! Are you ready? Over the next six weeks, we will be offering an Open Prep Course. This is for anyone who is needing to work on gymnastic skill work, barbell cycling, rowing, and much more. This course will train Saturdays from 9-10am and cost $99 for the 6 weeks (or $20 for single class pass). Check out the schedule below!
