 Easy paleo apple streuselSkin 3 apples, thinly slice. In a baking/casserole dish, make layers with apples and between each: sprinkle coconut shreds, lightly sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg & cloves, about drizzle 1 teaspoon coconut cream (oil works too) per layer. Bake at 400 for 20-35m or until desired mushiness. Serves 2-3 apple-streusel-loving, hungry weightlifters.
