Skill/gymnastics: 

5' of Handstand holds/shoulder taps

 

Strength: 

15' of snatch balance. Practice or working up to a 1RM

 

Conditioning:

"Quick 'n Dirty Tabata"- 8 rounds of each exercise, 20 seconds on 10 seconds off:

Double unders

Split jumps
