Fourth of July hours: am classes only on Thursday the 4th (6,7,8,9am)

ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY PARTY! Saturday, July 13th @ 7pm. Potluck style, we'll provide kegs and have the grill runnin! Bring your family and friends

Muscle up practice/progression

 

 

Strength:

20 mins to work up to a 1RM clean and jerk, them 5 sets of 2 at 80% of earlier 1RM
