Ready to get started? Join our monthly Meat & Potatoes class. This month's class began Monday July 10th. This class meets MWF at 7pm for 4 weeks. If your're interested in joining this session send us an email at It's not too late!  

Warm up:
Jump rope 3 min 
Cossak squat 6/6
Inch worm x 6
Bulgarian split squats 6/6
Y-T-Ws x 6 
Hold bottom of squat 30 seconds 
Every 2 min for 5 sets 
2 Snatch pulls + 2 snatches 
Every 2 min for 5 sets 
Front squat x 3 
Every 2 min x 6 sets 
Sprint 200m
