Congrats to Grace and Kevin on winning MVP for 17.1 and 17.2! Grace dug super deep on 17.1 and displayed a courageous effort that stood out to the coaches as going really above and beyond. Kevin's 17.2 was a milestone achievement in being his first RX Open WOD ever! Kev has been training hard for years and it was a big moment to see him slinging around 50 pound dummbells like they were peanuts. Great job you two, your coaches are proud!

Strength:

Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes complete:

1 clean pull + 1 hang squat clean

15 body weight bench press
