Weekend Schedule:
Saturday- 8am Open Gym, 9am FREE Intro Class, 10am Team WOD  
Sunday- Open Gym 12-2pm
Meat and Potatoes began Monday March 6th at 7pm. It's not too late to sign up. We will except new members through Friday March 10th. This class meets MWF at 7pm for 4 weeks. It will be the perfect oppourtunity to get commited to a new routine in the new year that focuses on YOU and your health and wellness!
