Sunday: Kid's Boxing 9am Intermediates, 10am Advanced, 11am Beginners

1 Push jerk + 2 split jerks 
Conditioning: 
In teams of 2 
20 min AMRAP
Row 8 cals 
10 wall balls 
8 burpees 
*one partner completes entire round while one rests
