Sunday: Kids Boxing 9am Intermediates, 10am Advanced, 11am Beginners 
No open gym

Strength: 
Every 2 min for 6 sets (increase weight as you go)
1 clean + 1 front squat + 2 jerks
Conditioning:
20 min AMRAP (teams of 2) 
40 Pull-ups (one partner hangs from bar while one does pull-ups)
40 Russian KB swings (53/35#) (one partner holds wall sit while one does swings)
40 burpees  (one patner holds plank while one does burpees)
*split work evenly between partners/switch as needed
